IMR staff develop innovative, dynamic materials that support the instructional, student service, and promotional missions of the college. Typical work projects include online orientations, virtual tours, interactive tutorials, online science labs and promotional materials.

I represent a few different Albuquerque companies in a marketing capacity.

1.)
Today my need is a color newspaper ad that will go in the Fall Edition of Duke City Fit. The client is a local fitness facility. Compensation could be a mix of dollars and membership privileges if open to such an arrangement. The budget is smaller but the facility is really cool and fun! The artwork can range from conservative to modern and fun

2.)
A second job is to build a presentation brochure for diamond sales at a local jewelry store. Again compensation could be a mix of dollars and retail jewelry or custom design. The budget is higher and the desired artwork will be a bit more conservative and instructional.

I foresee more grand projects in the near future. Please send resume, portfolio samples or links. Due dates are mid august, need to get these going ASAP!

Under the direction of CNM’s Media Production Manager conceptualize, design, plan, and produce interactive multimedia materials and web-based applications for faculty and staff. Provide graphic and animation support for video and media streaming production. Develop, create, and update web sites. Train and supervise student aides. Assist video production staff as required. Maintain currency in appropriate career-related and emerging technologies. As needed, work independently or collaboratively with media production team members to accomplish goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA) in a related field or equivalent work experience in multimedia is required. Two to three years directly related experience in multimedia project planning and authoring (proficiency in Flash, Director or related software); web development (proficiency in HTML, XML, PHP, and Dreamweaver); design and graphic arts (proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator); published body of multimedia work (e.g. CD-ROMs, web pages, or multimedia elements within web pages). Ability to relate to and interact with a non-traditional, diverse employee and student population.

Preferences:
Working knowledge of Actionscript, preferably AS3. Supervisory experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
